Capitol Elementary, Atlanta, GA. Complete replacement of HVAC system, ceiling system including lighting, security systems, Life Safety systems, etc. in 12,400 square foot 1992 wing of the building. Also included was new glass enclosure of reception are & Principal’s office
Maynard Jackson High School, Atlanta, GA. Redevelopment of Automobile shop into computer Lab with new interior walls,ceiling, lighting, finishes, etc. Also renovation of existing 4,300 SF audio/video lab into combination video lab with sound proof glass enclosures, flooring & ceilings. Audio Recording Lab with sound proof walls, flooring & ceilings.
Morningside Elementary School, Atlanta, GA. Renovation of 5,600 SF 1933 Auditorium including plaster repair work, new interior flooring, stair, handrails, balcony railing, motorized window treatments, new storage areas, restroom renovations, etc.
Peyton Forest Elementary School, Atlanta, GA. Life Safety renovations of 45,000 SF elementary school including egress corridor widening. Smoke Partition construction & emergency egress doors, etc. Also included was complete HVAC renovation, ceiling replacement & new sprinkler system throughout.
APS Instructional Center, Atlanta, GA. Renovation of 24,450 SF from Dean Rusk Elementary into the Atlanta Public Schools Instructional Center. Renovation included, celing replacement, lighting, new plumbing fixtures and partitions, new finishes ie. Flooring, paint, base throughout and new doors.
Georgia College & State University, Milledgeville, GA New baseball & softball Press Box buildings with lower level locker room, restrooms, staff area, etc. Upper level included stepped seating platforms for Press & a canopy over a portion of the public bleachers
Brown Middle School, Atlanta, GA Complete replacement of HVAC system, ceiling system including lighting, security systems, Life Safety systems, etc. in 34,700 Square Foot Middle School
Tuxedo Elementary School, Atlanta, GA Renovation of Existing 1,600 square foot kitchen are including food prep, servery, storage, offices, restrooms, etc. to comply with Heath Dept. and current Life Safety codes.
Fain Elementary School, Atlanta GA. Complete replacement of HVAC system, ceiling system including lighting, security systems, Life Safety systems, etc. in 61,000 square foot Elementary School
Towns Elementary School, Atlanta GA. Complete replacement of HVAC system, ceiling system including lighting, security systems, Life Safety systems, etc. in 69,000 square foot Elementary School
Whitefoord Elementary School, Atlanta, GAComplete replacement of HVAC system, ceiling system including lighting, security systems, Life Safety systems, etc. in 37,300 square foot 1928 Elementary School. Project Also includes exterior window replacement on 1928 portion of building
